Waxed maple top was slightly grubby when I bought it.I decided to give it a makeover.Alas,it went very wrong and has stained the maple with deeply ingrained grey from wire wool.Nevertheless it sounds fantastic with better tones and sustain than some of my prettier guitars.Sold to a good friend of mine and now fully fledged forumite Newbie Jimbo.March 2011.

This was my first foray into Eggles.Found on Ebay from a music shop in Manchester.It was a bit battered here and there so I've given it a two tone faux binding which now gives it a certain uniqueness.

Rescued from a skip having been found in a flooded house,this lovely Plus V became known as the 'Wet Eggle'.Just goes to show how well made these guitars are and the cases.

I tried buying this back in November 09 but lost out.Pegleg Simon from Dublin then sold it to me.It is reputed to have belonged to Dominic Miller.Alas there is no providence.Unusual is the slider switch with ebony surround found only on ProIIs.Swapped for a Nathan Sheppard NSG25.Mistake!
