Immediately after sanding16 viewsI tried 2 different strippers, neither of which touched the finish and so I sanded it off to the bare wood. This revealed quite a nice piece of maple, but without any figuring whatsoever, which is not surprising as it was intended to be covered in solid black.tone256

A black cat...36 viewsamong the Ermines? :)(Swedish expression) Sprung from an idea to make a Fender Master Series with James DÀquisto, this was around 1984,they made a new head design and very Un-Fender like with cambered body, size between a LesPaul and Gibson 335,and sounds like a such hybrid too. With the Z90´s it became better than ever,my jazz and big varm tones favouriteLG

Korean NY DLX Tuners3 viewsOne of the the tell-tale signs of a Korean made New York - the tuners are not sperzel or a quality brand. Look carefully and you'll see another giveaway that this is one of the Korean New Yorks - the "Made In Korea" sticker is still applied to the back of the neck!mcnelsonDec 04, 2022
