no TONE poti114 viewsi love the mod - no muffling down; i replaced the three way rotary to a push/push, than push/pull and never liked the uneven fitting of the cap so i came to the conclusion to replace it finally with a two way switch-that does only a coil split-nothing spectacular but 100% percent reliable and an (discussable) improvement in sound.You can also see the home made switch cap on the three way, once you enlarge the pic, and thousand tiny surface scratches don't bother me for the age of almost 12 years!
