This simply cuts out all the pickups, a rather limited effect and of no interest to me and so I changed it immediately for a conventional tone control so that I could "test drive" it properly before undertaking the restoration. This has become my guitar of choice for all instrumentals and will be miissed when it is out of action for its makeover.tone256
