...is a resource celebrating some of the finest examples of British Guitar Luthiery bearing the name "Patrick Eggle" — specifically those guitars made between 1991 and 2000 under the various ownerships that began with luthier Patrick Eggle and entrepreneur Andrew Selby forming a new British company, Patrick Eggle Guitars, to make superlative quality electric guitars and ended with the sale/closure of the company in 2000, when PEG owner Dave Quill sold his Musical Exchanges business to Sound Control.
This forum is "independent and unofficial" in the context that it has no affiliation to the guitars made by the current owners of the company "Patrick Eggle Limited" (Gordon Tilley & family) — if you own a "PatrickEggle" made after 2001 and have a warranty issue or question you should contact them directly. Unfortunately, the PEG Forum software hasn’t worked correctly since the server was replaced in June 2024, causing some compatibility issues and with auto-registrations! Please use the form below to send your application.
It maybe that I’ll one day find ways to repair the issues, but probably more likely that a complete overhaul would be necessary (and I’m uncertain whether it’s now worth the effort, with the large drop in member usage since the Patrick Eggle Facebook group was started).
