1992 Berlin Standard B 12-92 1327264 viewsEx- Gadge guitar now owned by Alan Hardiman. I bought it secondhand and the "non-finish" was very scruffy/dirty. Most of the staining was removed with fine wirewool. The guitar is incredibly resonant and a joy to play — the retrofitted KAs don't have the sonic depth of SDs however.
UPDATE July 2007 - it's mine again!
UPDATE July 2008 - now fitted with SD Jazz (neck) & Custom Custom (bridge)Gadge

Front body240 viewsMain gigging guitar. Taken after three years of regular use. (PUP covers are nickel. Gold appearance is due to lighting.) May 2010: replaced Seymour Duncan Alnico Pro II & Custom Custom with matched pair of Bare Knuckle Mules also with nickel covers, so appearance remains as shown.tone256

1992 Berlin Standard B 12-92 1327225 viewsThe logo outline remains — the decal was installed on top of the "non-finish" and hence was unprotected. It didn't like being cleaned! :(( Gadge
